We want you to love your journal. If it's not quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Unused journals in their original condition and packaging
Items that haven't been written in, marked or damaged

Not returnable

Journals that have been used or written in
Gift cards
Personalised or custom items
Sale items, unless faulty

How to return

Email us at hello@sexymonk.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

We'll reply with our returns address and instructions.

Pack your item securely and send it back. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in the post.

Return postage

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Original delivery charges aren't refunded unless the item was faulty.

Exchanges

Want a different journal? Return the original for a refund and place a new order. It's the quickest way to get the one you want.

Faulty or damaged items

If your journal arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including postage.
